Process order
After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We will check your order and then proceed with processing it. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with any shipping information or a track & trace code.
Delivery time
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. All orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
The expected delivery time may vary depending on product availability, delivery address, and chosen shipping method. If a product is temporarily out of stock or delivery takes longer than expected, we will notify you.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and displayed before you finalize your order. The amount of shipping costs depends on the location of your delivery address.
Delivery of your order
Your order will be carefully packaged to ensure the products are as well-protected as possible during transport. For pest control products, correct and safe packaging is extra important. We therefore ensure that your order is prepared for shipment with care.
Track & Trace
When your order ships, you will receive the shipping information via email. This will allow you to track the status of your package and see when delivery is expected.
Not home at delivery
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt to deliver the package again at a later time, leave it at a pickup point, or deliver it to a neighbor. This depends on the carrier and the delivery options available at your address.
Damaged or incomplete delivery
Check your order immediately upon receipt. Has a product arrived damaged or is something missing from your order? If so, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number. If possible, also send photos of the packaging and the damaged product so that we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Delivery to companies
For business customers, it is important that the delivery address is filled in completely and correctly. If necessary, include a company name, department, contact person, or additional delivery instructions. This will prevent delivery delays.
